CALDWELL, Idaho -- Paced by outstanding passing and 31 block assists, The College of Idaho volleyball team maintained a share of the Cascade Conference lead by dispatching Concordia University in three games, 30-11, 30-21, 30-12, in the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.

The win for the No. 10 ranked Lady Yotes (18-7, 15-1 CCC) was their 34th home win in a row.
Game 1 saw The C of I jump out to an 11-0 lead, forcing the Cavaliers (13-13, 8-8) into 11 hitting errors to earn the win.  Game 2 saw CU play even with the Yotes for the first 25 points, with the hosts holding a 13-12 lead.  However, the Coyotes won seven of the next eight points to take control.  Game 3 was saw Kathryn Ely rack up six kills in the win.

Ely led the offense with 12 kills, with Anne Parker adding 11 kills and four blocks.  Sarah Buhler had seven kills and seven blocks, Katie Hogue had six kills and eight blocks, with Kristin Henning added three kills and eight blocks.  Madie Machurek led the Yotes defense with 19 digs and 16 assists, with libero Catherine Everist getting in the action, recording 17 digs and 14 assists.

CU got six kills and ten digs from Raluca Dinca, with libero Rachel Cotter recording 18 digs.
The C of I hits the road next weekend, playing matches at Evergreen State and Northwest.
