CALDWELL, Idaho - The Albertson College of Idaho volleyball team never trailed tonight, using a season-high .406 hitting percentage to defeated Oregon Tech, 30-20, 30-17, 30-16, this evening in the J.A. Albertson Activities Center. With the win, the No. 11 ranked Coyotes (4-6, 2-0 CCC) extended their home win streak to 27 games and extended their win streak against non-ranked opponents to 46 in a row.

ACI used a 7-1 run, keyed by a pair of Kathryn Ely kills to win Game 1. Game 2 saw the Yotes record six of their season-high 13 aces in the win, then used an 11-0 run early in Game 3 to take a 15-3 edge and coast to the win.

Ely led the Yotes offensively for the second consecutive night, recording 13 kills, with Katie Hogue adding 11 kills and two aces. Naomi Reimer had 26 assists, while Catherine Everist led the defensive with 19 digs.

The Owls (7-7, 0-2), who had a six-game win streak snapped at Eastern Oregon last night, got nine kills and ten digs from Michelle Klaja, along with 12 digs from libero Krystie Vea.

The Yotes return to action next Friday at Warner Pacific, while Oregon Tech hosts Northwest.
