The College of Idaho Announces Game Changes for this Weekend's Action
CALDWELL, Idaho – Despite having two weeks of inactivity and no rain, the Symms Field soccer surface is still unplayable due to the multiple thunderstorms during the Yotes doubleheader on Oct. 4. Because of this, the Coyotes, in conjunction with the Caldwell School District, have moved Friday’s match with Warner Pacific and Saturday’s match with Corban to Caldwell High’s game field at Syringa Middle School – less than a mile from The C of I campus. The CHS pitch is in top shape – as it will play host to the Idaho 4A Boys and Girls state championship games on Oct. 25. The site of the Yotes Oct. 24-25 games are still to be determined.
DIRECTIONS TO SYRINGA MIDDLE SCHOOL: From Symms Field, head south on College Ave. to the stop sign at Linden. Make a right-hand turn and procede through the four-way stop at Montana. Two blocks ahead, turn left on Washington (entering Syringa Middle School) – the soccer field is beyond the track and football fields. Parking, however, will be limited on Friday – as school will be in session until midway through the first half.
