Corban Invitational to Run This Weekend at Bush's Pasture Park

SALEM, Ore. – The second-ever Corban Invitational will take place this Saturday, October 18th, at Bush’s Pasture Park in Salem beginning at 10:00 a.m. This collegiate cross country event will feature both the men’s and women’s teams from Corban College and Northwest Christian University, as well as the men’s team from Warner Pacific College.

Corban is the defending champion on both the men’s and women’s side, while junior Carli Moller (Vancouver, Wash.) is the defending individual women’s champion. The Warriors’ men’s and women’s teams, who both captured the Warner Pacific/Cascade Open team titles last weekend in Portland, are looking to win their first-ever back-to-back team titles in program history.

Saturday’s race will include a 5K for the men and a 3K for the women, as both races will be begin in the Southwest corner of the park off Cross Street which is located in between 12th and High Street.
