PORTLAND, Ore. – Automatic bids to the NAIA men’s and women’s soccer championships will be determined today in Caldwell, Idaho and Beaverton, Ore., respectively, as Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament championship games take place.

The CCC's automatic bid to the 32-team national tournaments are awarded to the league's tournament champions.

In Caldwell, the men’s soccer title game comes down to CCC South Division champion College of Idaho and North Division champion Concordia. The game kicks off at 1 p.m. MT. at Valliview High School. In their lone matchup last month, the Yotes posted a 4-2 victory in Caldwell. C of I brings a school-record 13-match winning streak into today’s affair.

In Beaverton, fourth-ranked Concordia – the CCC’s regular season champion – plays host to league runner-up College of Idaho in a match that begins at 6 p.m. at the Tualatin Hills Sports and Rec Complex. The Cavaliers, who are unbeaten (17-0-1), are looking for their ninth consecutive CCC crown. Earlier this season, Concordia defeated College of Idaho 3-0 in Caldwell.

The NAIA Championships get underway Nov. 22 with opening round action at campus sites. The men’s finals are Dec. 2-6 in Fresno, Calif.; the women’s finals are Dec. 2-6 in Daytona Beach, Fla.
