KANSAS CITY, Mo.—Concordia senior defender Jackie Pronovost was named the Brine-NAIA Women’s Soccer First-Team All-American for the fourth consecutive season, becoming just the fifth player in NAIA history to achieve the feat all four seasons of her career.

In addition, Pronovost (Milwaukie, Ore.) became the second Concordia player to be named the NAIA Player of the Year, with Caitie Davidson taking the honor following the 2004 season.

Pushing her streak to 94 straight contests, Pronovost started every match of her career. She scored one goal and notched eight assists from the back line this season while helping the Cavs post 15 shutouts and a meager 0.51 goals allowed per game average.

Justine Pronovost (Milwaukie, Ore.) was named second-team All-American for the second straight season. The senior forward earned honorable mention recognition as a freshman and first-team honors as sophomore before finishing her career with the two second-team honors.

Justine tallied 16 goals and six assists for the Cavs this season. Seven of her goals went down as game winners, leading the team for the third time in her career en route to a school record 25 game-winning scores

Also acknowledged by the NAIA were junior forward Jessica Ramback (Mill Creek, Wash.), senior midfielder Caitlin Verhofstadt (Silverdale, Was.), senior forward Shea Miller (Azalea, Ore.) and junior goalkeeper Georgie Christensen (Hillsboro, Ore.).

With 22 goals, Ramback led the team in goals for the second straight season while Verhofstadt generated a team-high 18 assists. Miller tied Ramback with 50 points on the season after compiling 20 goals and 10 assists. In her first season with Concordia, Christensen posted a 20-1-1 overall record with nine shutouts. The junior transfer from Clackamas CC allowed just 10 goals in more than 1,800 minutes in front of the net for a sparkling 0.49 goals against average.
