Concordia Climbs to No. 16 in Final NAIA Women's Golf Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Concordia climbed three spots to No. 16 and Oklahoma City remained No. 1 in the final National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Women's Golf Rating. The Stars earned all 12 first place votes and compiled 300 total points to stay in the top spot the entire season.

Berry (Ga.) remained in the second position with 287 total points for the fifth consecutive rating. No. 3 Embry-Riddle (Fla.) and No. 4 British Columbia stayed the same for the fourth straight rating with 274 and 263 total points respectively. Lubbock Christian (Texas) received 240 points to remain No. 5.

The 14th Annual NAIA Women's Golf National Championship will be held at Lake San Marcos Country Club in San Diego, Calif. on May 20-23, 2008.
