OIT's Myles Daley Traveling the World with Athletes in Action
(Beirut, Lebanon) July 11, 2008 -- Playing in his third game for Athletes in Action (AIA), Oregon Tech’s Myles Daley scored 31 points, leading his AIA Lebanon team to an 83-58 win over Lebanon Thursday night. Daley has averaged 23 points for AIA this summer, leading his team to a 3-0 start. Daley averaged 7.3 points and 4.4 rebounds per game for Oregon Tech this past season as the Hustlin’ Owls won the 2008 NAIA Division II National Championship.
Before the game with Lebanon, Daley and his teammates visited an Orphanage in Beirut playing soccer and basketball with the children. Athletes in Action have 16 teams playing all over the world this summer including North Africa, Taiwan, Israel, the Czech Republic and Lebanon. For more information on AIA visit www.aia.com.

Oregon Tech kicks off its 2008-2009 season on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at home against William Jessup at 7:30pm at Danny Miles court.
