OLYMPIA, Wash. – Cascade Conference volleyball powerhouse Oregon Institute of Technology downed Evergreen State in three games (25-10, 25-13, 25-9). OIT is now 4-0 in conference play so far and has an overall record of 8-2. The Geoducks slip to 0-3 in conference play and 0-8 overall.

For the Lady Owls, Krista Wooley led her team in kills for the second night in a row tallying 11 against the Geoducks. Anna Leal and Lizzie Law had 6 kills each with Law adding 18 assists. Evergreen was led in kills by Kandice Gleaves who had 7. Katie Huston added 10 assist in the loss for Evergreen. Oregon Tech had a season low 3 attack errors while Evergreen totaled 23.

The 18th ranked team in the nation returns home next weekend to take on Corban College (3-1 CCC, 5-4) on Friday night September 19, at 7:00 pm at Danny Miles Court and Concordia University (4-0 CCC. 8-4) next Saturday night September 20th at 7: 00 pm also at Danny Miles Court.
