Raiders' Dickison Named CCC Women's Hoop Player of the Week
PORTLAND -- Southern Oregon’s Rhiannon Dickison, a 5-6 senior guard from Redding, Calif., has been named the Cascade Collegiate Conference Player of the Week in women’s basketball.
Dickison averaged 17.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in three SOU victories last week, as the Raiders improved to 17-4 overall and 9-3 in the CCC by extending their winning streak to six consecutive games.
Dickison totaled 37 points and seven rebounds in two wins vs. Evergreen and she added 15 points and three rebounds in a win over Northwest.
Southern Oregon has moved into the No. 25 position in this week’s NAIA Top 25 poll.
