PORTLAND, Ore. -- Warner Pacific senior Adam Moore, a 6-7 forward from Everett, Wash., has been named the Cascade Collegiate Conference Player of the Week in men’s basketball. It is his second honor of the season.

Moore averaged 22.7 points and 5.3 rebounds last week in helping lead the Knights to a 3-0 record, including CCC victories over Northwest and 16th-ranked Evergreen. The Knights improved to 11-2 overall (4-1 in the CCC) and jumped two spots to the No. 10 position in this week’s NAIA Top 25 poll.

Against Evergreen, Moore hit 9 of 13 shots from the field and finished with 24 points and six rebounds in a 94-83 WPC victory. One night earlier, Moore scored 24 points and had six rebounds in a 66-52 win over Northwest. Earlier in the week, he scored 20 points and had four rebounds in an 87-67 victory over Whitman.

In this week’s CCC statistics, Moore ranks second in scoring (22.7 ppg) and 15th in rebounding. He is shooting 58 percent from the field.

The Knights play at Cascade College Tuesday night.
