KANSAS CITY -- Southern Oregon University's men's cross country team maintained its No. 2 national ranking, according to the NAIA Top 25 poll released Wednesday.

The Raiders, the defending Cascade Collegiate Conference champions, totaled four first-place votes and 605 points in all to earn the No. 2 ranking for the second consecutive week. Defending national champion Malone University (Ohio) remained in the No. 1 position for the 28th consecutive week.

The CCC was one of three leagues to have three teams represented in the poll. In addition to SOU, College of Idaho moved up two spots to the No. 13 position and Eastern Oregon dropped from 21st to 22nd despite a week of inactivity for the CCC.
