PORTLAND, Ore. – College of Idaho is the preseason favorite to win the 2009-10 Cascade Collegiate Conference men’s basketball title, and Evergreen guard Nathan Menefee has been voted the CCC’s Preseason Player of the Year, according to balloting of the conference head coaches. The CCC’s 18th season of men’s basketball tips off next week.
