PORTLAND, Ore. – Nicole Gall of the College of Idaho has been voted the Cascade Collegiate Conference Preseason Player of the Year, and is a big reason why the Yotes are favored to win the 2009-10 CCC women’s basketball title, according to a vote of the conference head coaches.
