OIT's Parnell Named CCC Player of the Week
PORTLAND, Ore. -- Oregon Tech’s Justin Parnell, a 6-4 senior guard from Sutherlin, Ore., has been named the Cascade Collegiate Conference Player of the Week in men’s basketball.
Parnell registered back-to-back double-doubles at Southern Oregon’s Flagship Inn Classic, including tying a career high with 32 points in a 97-71 win over NCAA Division III Willamette University. Parnell also pulled down 11 rebounds vs. the Bearcats, and came back one day later to score 16 points and grab 11 rebounds in a 72-51 win over William Jessup.
