North Medford Outfielder Signs With Owls
Klamath Falls, Ore. – Oregon Tech head baseball coach Matt Miles announced that Hayden Wolfe of Medford, Ore. will join the Owls for the 2010 season.
Wolfe is a three-year varsity letterman and a two-time Southwest all-conference player heading into his senior year at North Medford High School. Wolfe was a starting outfielder for the 2007 State Championship baseball team, picking up HM all-state accolades that same year.
Wolfe posted huge numbers this past summer playing with the Mavericks, hitting .460, including 85 hits, 41 stolen bases and a .657 on base average.
“Hayden is an outstanding student –athlete that will be an immediate impact player in our program” said Coach Miles “Hayden has a good bat and will bring us great speed in the outfield and on the bases next year.”
Hayden is the son of Brett and Kim Wolfe and will major in Health Sciences at Oregon Tech next year.
