CCC Women's Basketball Tournament Tips Off Tonight With 4 First-Round Contests
PORTLAND, Ore. -- The 2009 Cascade Collegiate Conference women's basketball tournament tips off tonight with four first-round games, as teams set their sights on winning the postseason title and earning an automatic bid to the NAIA Tournament next month.
Here is the tournament schedule:
Quarterfinals – Tuesday, Feb. 24
Seed #8 (Northwest) at Seed #1 (Concordia), 7:30 p.m.
Seed #7 (Oregon Tech) at Seed #2 (College of Idaho), 7:30 p.m. MT
Seed #6 (Corban) at Seed #3 (S. Oregon), 7:30 p.m.
Seed #5 (Warner Pacific) at Seed #4 (E. Oregon), 7:30 p.m.
Semifinals – Friday, Feb. 27
Lowest remaining seed at highest remaining seed, 7:30 p.m.
Second lowest remaining seed at second highest remaining seed, 7:30 p.m.
Championship – Monday, March 2
Low seed at high seed, 7:30 p.m.
