VANCOUVER, B.C. – As announced earlier today by third-year head coach Nate Mayben, this weekend's four-game series between Corban and British Columbia has moved from Nat Bailey Stadium to Thunderbird Park due to the amount of snow that hit the Vancouver area last weekend.

UBC's head coach Terry McKaig informed Coach Mayben of the switch earlier Wednesday morning, as Vancouver received enough snow over the past week that the Thunderbirds' home field – Nat Bailey Stadium – has not been cleared enough to host four games within 48 hours.

Thunderbird Park is located on UBC's campus, but is normally used as a practice field for the T-birds. Fans needs to know that there are no bleachers to sit in, therefore spectators need to bring lawn chairs in order to enjoy comfortable sitting this weekend.

The game times have not changed, as Friday's double header is scheduled to begin at noon with Saturday's action beginning at 11:00 a.m.
