"I think we're coming into form at the right time," said coach Preston Brashers following the meet. "There were a lot of good performances, notably Chelsea (Miller) in the 100, Paige (DeLapp) in the 800 and Tyler (Hart) in the steeplechase." Brashers continued, "Also, Alex (Croutworst) made an impressive comeback from the injury he suffered this fall and winter. The women's 4x8 team ran well, but it would have taken a near perfect effort  to qualify for the NAIA's. We'll rest up next week and get ready to go for conference," concluded coach Brashers.

The event attracted teams from Seattle Pacific, the Evergreen State College, Southern California Track Club, Simon Fraser, St. Martin's University, Club Northwest and others. This was the final track meet for the Eagles as they will now prepare for the Cascade Conference Championships which take place May 7, 8, and 9 in Gresham, Oregon on the Mt. Hood CC track.
