KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Oregon Tech Head Women’s soccer coach Bryan Mueller announced today that Meghan Drost of Corvallis, Ore. has signed a letter of intent to join the Owls soccer team in 2009.

Drost, a four-year starter at Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis, was a three time Mid-Willamette all-conference player, including first team selections in 2007 and 2008. Drost was also a member of the state championship soccer team where she scored 10 goals and added seven assist for the Raiders in 2006.

“Meghan has a lot of experience playing at the top Club level on a national front, including the F.C Willamette Pride of the Willamette Valley“said coach Mueller “Meghan has the ability to create and score goals, and her speed and quickness at the striker position will be a huge asset for us this coming season” Mueller continued “Meghan is one of the top players in the Pacific Northwest and will definitely be a four-year impact player in our soccer program”

Meghan is the daughter of Mike and Monica Drost of Corvallis Oregon and will major in Engineering at Oregon Tech.
