Oregon Tech Signs Southern Sky Player of the Year
KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Oregon Tech head men's basketball coach Dan Miles announced today that Mazama High School standout Jordan Rose will continue his basketball career for the Hustlin' Owls beginning next year.
Rose averaged 13.2 points, five rebounds and four assists for the Vikings this past season, leading Mazama to a Southern Sky Conference championship. For his efforts, Rose was chosen to the Southern Sky all-conference team, was named Southern Sky Player of the Year and honored as a 2nd team all-state selection his senior season.
"I am pleased that Jordan has decided to become a Hustlin' Owl" said Miles. "Jordan is a young man who is an outstanding leader and plays the game the right way."
Jordan is the son of Randy and Gretchen Rose and will major in Business Management at Oregon Tech beginning this fall.
