PORTLAND, Ore. -- The 2009 Cascade Collegiate Conference Cross Country Championships will be held Saturday, Nov. 7 at historic Dorris Ranch in Springfield, Ore.

The women's 5K race will begin at 11 a.m., followed the by the men's 8K race at 11:45 a.m.

The team champion in each race will earn the league's automatic bid to the NAIA Championships, which are scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 21 at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Wash.
