For the 11th time in 12 tournaments, Concordia came away with the team trophy thanks to a 16-stroke win over tournament-host Corban Monday at the Corban Invitational played at Creekside Golf Club.
Concordia Continues Winning Ways at Corban Invitational

SALEM, Ore. – Concordia's men's golf team continued its winning ways in Cascade Collegiate Conference play capturing its 11th team title Monday at the 36-hole Corban Invitational being played at Creekside Golf Club.
Having won 91.67% of the conference tournaments played since the sport's inception in 2007, Concordia (309-302=611) rolled to a 16-stroke victory over Invitational-host Corban (312-315=627).
Individually, Warner Pacific's Andrew Johnson captured medalist honors thanks to a 36-hole score of 3-over 147 (75-72). Rounding out the Top 5 individually was Concordia's Jed Dalton (78-71=149), Concordia's Johnny Miller (74-76=150), Northwest Christian's Brent McKee (74-79=153), Corban's Chris Dudley (76-79=155), and Corban's Joey Duwe (78-77=155).
In the overall team totals, Concordia and Corban were followed by The College of Idaho's Purple Team (324-318=642), Northwest Christian (314-328=643), Warner Pacific (333-323=656), and The College of Idaho's Gold Team (331-340=671).
The College of Idaho was led by Austin Giese (80-81=161), who finished tied for 11th overall.
This is the final Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament of the fall season, as all five teams will return to the links for the spring-portion of the schedule in mid-March at the Warner Pacific Invitational in Portland.
