FINAL RESULTS

SALEM, Ore. – The College of Idaho's Trish Gibbens aced the par 3 sixth hole in the opening round en route to capturing medalist honors at the Corban Invitational Monday being played at Creekside Golf Club.

Gibbens would help lead the 'Yotes to the team title, as well, thanks to a 2-under 142 (71-71) winning the 36-hole event by 12 strokes. The College of Idaho would capture its first team title in program history with a combined team score of 78-0ver 654 (327-327) bettering Concordia (334-338=672) by 18 strokes.

Behind The College of Idaho and Concordia, Northwest Christian (350-338=688), Warner Pacific (418-401=819), and Invitational-host Corban (434-419=853) rounded out the team finishers.

Northwest Christian's Ashley King (78-76=154), Concordia's Sara Molyneaux (79-77=156), Concordia's Sunshine Powers (79-79=158), and The College of Idaho's Jocie Cracroft (84-83=167) would round out the Top 5 individuals.

Warner Pacific's Charli Bolt (99-88=187) and Corban's Caley Hubert (99-103=202) were the top finishers for both the Knights and Warriors, respectively.

This is the final Cascade Collegiate Conference tournament of the fall season, as all five teams will return to the links for the spring-portion of the schedule in mid-March at the Warner Pacific Invitational in Portland.
