Yotes' Reynolds Named NAIA Player of Week
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Aaron Reynolds of College of Idaho has been named the NAIA Men’s Soccer National Defensive Player of the Week, the national office announced Tuesday. The award is based upon action from Oct. 25-31.
Reynolds was selected out of a pool of conference/independent/unaffiliated player of the week winners among 23 conference/independent/unaffiliated groupings.
Reynolds, a 6-0 junior goalkeeper from Boise, Idaho helped the Coyotes to two wins last week. On Oct. 29, he recorded two saves in the 2-0 win over Corban (Ore.) on Oct. 29. One night later, he compiled a season-high nine saves in the 0-0 double-overtime draw against Concordia (Ore.), who was receiving votes in the latest poll.
