College of Idaho Stays Steady at No. 16 in Poll
KANSAS CITY – Cascade Collegiate Conference leader College of Idaho, which was victorious in its lone game last week, remained in the No. 16 position in the NAIA women’s basketball Top 25 poll, the national office announced.
The Yotes, winners of their last five games, are 16-5 overall and 12-2 in the CCC heading into the final two weekends of the regular season. C of I owns a two-game lead over Northwest University (14-8, 10-4) in the conference standings. Northwest, which has won five of its last six games, picked up five points in the nationwide balloting of coaches.
Hastings (Neb.), Davenport (Iowa) and Cedarville (Ohio) retained the top three spots in the poll for the second consecutive week.
