College of Idaho cross country and track head coach Pat McCurry became just one of three men to claim his third Race to Robie Creek half marathon title, winning today's 33rd Annual event in the Boise Foothills.
The Coyote skipper, who won the event previously in 2005 and 2009, traversed the 13.1 mile race up and over 4,800 foot Aldape Summit in 1:21:26.
He joined Blas Guerra and Mike Carlson as competitors who have won the event three-or-more times. Guerra and Carlson were five-time winners.
