OIT Baseball Moved to Idaho for the Weekend
KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Oregon Tech head baseball coach Matt Miles in conjunction with College of Idaho head coach Shawn Humberger, have announced that this weekend ‘s double-headers scheduled against College of Idaho in Klamath Falls have been moved to Caldwell, Idaho due to anticipated snow/rainfall in the Klamath Basin over the course of the weekend.
“We can play on a turf field in better weather” said Coach Miles “It’s a better and safer situation for everyone” Saturday’s double-header will be at 2:00 pm with Sunday’s double-header scheduled for 11:00 am start in Caldwell, Idaho
Oregon Tech 20-14 on the season currently is in first place in the NAIA West-South Division with a conference record of 12-3. College of Idaho who received votes in the latest NAIA Coaches Top 25 Poll has a record of 19-9 on the season and is currently in 2nd place in the NAIA West-North Division with a conference record of 9-3.
