Concordia's Aho Named NAIA All-American
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the second straight season, Concordia University’s Lindsay Aho earned the distinction as an NAIA Women’s Golf All-American.
Selected via an All-America Committee, fifteen student-athletes earned First-Team accolades and 15 others were named honorable mentions. Aho was one of six athletes that earned repeat first-team honors.
Aho ended her stellar four-year career with the Cavaliers last week as she helped guide CU to a fifth-place finish at the NAIA Championships. Aho placed in a tie for 27th individually in helping the Cavs to its highest team finish in the program’s history.
Prior to competing at the NAIA Championships, Aho captured the CCC Tournament championship en route to being named the CCC Player of the Year. Aho placed first or second in eight events this year and was the medalist on five occasions. She holds school record holders for career scoring average (79.15), single-season scoring average (76.6), career winning percentage (.856) and single-season winning percentage (.911).
