-- Hear from College of Idaho golf coach Garry Matlock, whose women’s team finished fifth at the NAIA Fall Preview in Tennessee to earn Verizon Team of the Week honors.

-- College of Idaho led all CCC institutions – and ranked in the top 10 nationally -- on the NAIA’s annual Champions of Character Scorecard, and is featured in this week’s Les Schwab Champions of Character segment.

-- Two key players on the Northwest University women’s soccer team, goalkeeper Jordan Holmes and defender Stephanie Cummins, have helped key the Eagles’ nine-match (7-0-2) unbeaten streak heading into a weekend road trip.

-- Concordia forward Jared Brace, held to just one goal this season, broke out in a big way this past Saturday, registering a hat trick in the first half and four goals in all in the Cavs’ 4-3 victory over cross-town rival Warner Pacific.

-- Ally Manley, a freshman from Brookings, Ore., has burst onto the NAIA cross country scene and contributed in a big way to the Beacons’ No. 4 national ranking. After winning the prestigious Charles Bowles Invitational at Willamette University, she was named the NAIA National Cross Country Runner of the Week.
