CCC Women's Hoop Tourney Tips Tonight
CCC Women's Basketball Report
PORTLAND, Ore. – Quarterfinal action in the Cascade Collegiate Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament takes place tonight on four campuses across the CCC footprint.
Fans who are unable to make it to a game in person can follow all the action via live webcasts and live statistics at www.cascadeconfernce.org.
Top-seeded Concordia (21-9), the nation’s No. 22-ranked team, plays host to eighth-seeded Northwest Christian (10-18) at the Cavalier gymnasium in Northeast Portland. Other games have seventh-seeded Southern Oregon (16-14) visiting second-seeded Corban (18-10), sixth-seeded Eastern Oregon (18-9) playing at third-seeded Northwest (18-9), and fifth-seeded Warner Pacific (16-12) visiting fourth-seeded College of Idaho (16-12).
All tipoff times are 7 p.m. local.
The quarterfinal winners will advance to Friday’s semifinals, also at campus sites. The lowest remaining seed after Tuesday will travel to the highest remaining seed, while the second lowest remaining seed will travel to the second lowest remaining seed.
The championship game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 28. The game will be hosted by the highest remaining seed.
