Northwest's Brittney Marshall was named Red Lion Women's Basketball Player of the Week.
NU's Marshall Earns Weekly Red Lion Honors
PORTLAND, Ore. -- Northwest University’s Brittney Marshall, a 5-8 senior guard from Snohomish, Wash., has been named the Red Lion Women’s Basketball Player of the Week.
Marshall helped spark the CCC-leading Eagles to a pair of conference home victories. In an 83-71 win over Southern Oregon, Marshall had 25 points and five rebounds while hitting 10 of 20 field goal attempts. In a 74-64 victory over Oregon Tech, she had a game-high 16 points in addition to pulling down six rebounds and handing out four assists. Northwest improved to 18-5 overall and 12-2 in the CCC.
