Lithia/Raider Club Golf Tournament Sets Record

MEDFORD, Ore. -- The 2011 edition of the Lithia/Raider Club Golf Tournament reached new heights on Tuesday, eclipsing the previous record for money raised during the event.

The 21st annual tournament brought in over $196,000 to SOU Athletics for scholarships, breaking the previous record of just over $193,000, set back in 2007.

The tournament featured a dinner Monday night and two tee-times on Tuesday at the Rogue Valley Country Club, including 53 teams of five in action.
