KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference had nine teams listed in their respective NAIA Div. 2 Top 25 polls, which were released by the NAIA national office Monday.

In the men’s poll, Oregon Tech remained No. 3 in the country. The Owls (17-2, 6-1 CCC) had a 5-1 record since the last poll, the third edition, was released on Dec. 12. OIT’s lone loss came to Warner Pacific College. The Knights (14-4, 6-1) jumped from No. 17 to No. 8. WPC’s lone loss out of seven games over the break in polls came to Southern Oregon.

Northwest University is the other Cascade Conference team in the men’s Top 25. The Eagles went from No. 10 to No. 12. NU (16-1, 6-1) had its 15-game win streak snapped at Warner Pacific last Friday. Southern Oregon (12-6, 5-2) is three spots out of the Top 25 in the receiving votes category. Eastern Oregon dropped from No. 23 to four spots out of the poll. EOU (12-5, 5-3) is receiving votes after being in the Top 25 a school-record 26 straight polls.

Eastern Oregon leads the way for the Cascade Conference on the women’s side. The Mountaineers (13-4, 6-2) slid two spots from No. 9 to No. 11. EOU is one of five teams in the CCC with two conference losses. Eastern’s two conference losses were to Oregon Tech and Corban, both at home.

Corban University (11-5, 5-2) moved from No. 22 to No. 21 after its road upset at Eastern Oregon. The Warriors had a 5-1 record over the break in polls. Oregon Tech (16-3, 5-2) sits one spot out of the Top 25 with 73 votes. The College of Idaho (11-6, 6-2) had 16 votes and Warner Pacific College (11-7, 5-2) had six votes.
