LA GRANDE, Ore. – The Eastern Oregon University Sports Information Department and SIDEARM Sports relaunched EOUSports.com Monday.
The redesigned look for EOUSports.com was unveiled during the Fall Media Day. While some links are currently still being carried over from the old site, the new site has a fresh look.
After receiving feedback from fans, the EOU Sports Information Department focused in on a couple different areas.
“We were told the old site was too dark,” Eastern Assistant Athletic Director
Barrett Henderson said. “So, we added some white elements to this new look. We also had complaints of the old site being too cluttered and we feel this new site is a little more user-friendly.”
The old site was ranked seventh in the country at the NAIA-SIDA Convention, and the Sports Information Department is excited to see where this new site ranks.
“We couldn't be happier with the look and the work SIDEARM Sports put in on the site,” Henderson said. “We have enjoyed being a SIDEARM client for four years and it was time for a new look with our SIDEARM site.”
Eastern is joined by Cascade Collegiate Conference members Concordia, Corban, Northwest Christian, Southern Oregon and recently designed The College of Idaho as SIDEARM clients. The CCC is also a SIDEARM client.
New elements to EOUSports.com include a Video Zone, a Social Media Zone, and coming soon Athletic Alumni, EO Zoo, and Kids Club sections.
