C of I Sports Information Director Honored
LAGRANDE, Ore.- Mike Safford, long time sports information director at The College of Idaho was honored for a second-straight year by Major League Baseball. Safford’s blog, “On the Mike” was named one of the Top-100 MLB Pro Blogs in the country.
Safford, who doubles as the radio voice of the Chicago Cubs’ Class-A affiliate, Boise Hawks, during the summer, has maintained his blog for four years – and earned the No. 58 overall ranking by MLB.com.
