Rocklin, CA) - Oregon Tech had five players in double-figures, led by freshman Ashleigh Vandenbrink's team-high 16 points, as the Owls downed NAIA D I ,and tenth-ranked, The Master's College 74-63 this afternoon, earning the Championship of the William Jessup University Invitational in Rocklin. Oregon Tech improved to 4-0 on the season and will play Simpson University this Tuesday in the Owls' first home contest of the 2013-14 season.

Oregon Tech trailed by 13 points in the first half before taking a six point lead heading into the half. The Owls, who led by double digits throughout most of the second half, held off every Mustang run to earn the victory.

Maria Ramirez and Kassi Conditt each had a double-double with Conditt scoring 15 points to go with 13 rebounds and five blocked shots, a night after registering the schools first ever 20 points, 22 rebound performance. Ramirez added 11 points and 12 boards while handing out five assists. Karissa Dixon tallied 15 points, five rebounds and six assists with Karly Laveque scoring 10 points, seven rebounds to go with three steals.
