Red Lion Players of the Week Announced

The following CCC student-athletes have been recognized as Red Lion Players of the Week for their performances during the period November 4 – November 10.
 
Women’s Basketball
 
Oregon Tech’s Kassi Conditt has been named the Red Lion Women’s Basketball Player of the week.
 
Conditt, a senior from La Pine, Ore., recorded a pair of double-doubles, including a career-high 22 rebounds on Friday, as the Owls went 2-0 to win the William Jessup University Invitational Tournament Championship. Conditt's 22 rebounds is second-best in Oregon Tech school-history and is the first-ever 20/20 game at Tech. Conditt followed up her record night with a double-double 15 points and 13 rebounds to upset NAIA No. 10 The Master's College in what proved to be the tournament's championship game, as the Owls were the only team to go 2-0 in tournament play. Conditt would add 8 blocks and three steals as she averaged 17.5 points and 17.5 rebounds on the week.

Men’s Basketball
 
Eastern Oregon’s Tony Eackles has been named the Red Lion Men’s Basketball Player of the week.
 
Eackles, a senior from Las Vegas, Nev., led EOU to two victorious over Multnomah this past weekend. On Friday night, Eackles led the team with 34 points on 13-of-24 shooting and was 6-for-8 from behind the arc. He also collected nine rebounds and nine assists on Friday night. Saturday, he led the team with 31 points on 13-of-20 shooting and recorded six rebounds and four assists. The Mountaineers are 6-0 to start the season.

Men’s Soccer-Defensive
 
Northwest Christian’s Erik Carrazco has been named the Red Lion Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Carrazco, a senior from Las Vegas, Nevada, collected 7 saves in his final collegiate soccer match to lift the Beacons to their first ever victory against Evergreen (1-10-2 all-time). He recorded his NCU-record 4th career shutout to lift the Beacons out of 8th-place in the CCC and into a tie for seventh.

Men’s Soccer-Offensive
 
Corban’s Kemar Prince has been named the Red Lion Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
 
Prince, a freshman from Kingston, Jamaica, scored all three goals in Corban's overtime victory over Northwest on Saturday, as the Warriors captured their first regular season title since 1998. The first-year Warrior registered the first hat trick of his career, as Prince currently leads Corban with eight goals so far this season.

Volleyball- Defensive
 
Concordia’s Mariah Raudsepp has been named the Red Lion Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Raudsepp, a junior from Dundee, Ore., recorded 10 blocks in the last two matches, including two of the solo variety, to help CU to its first 20-win season in over a decade. Raudsepp averaged 10 kills against OIT and SOU to help CU earn the No. 3 seed in the CCC Tournament. Raudsepp finished the regular season ranked No. 4 in the CCC for hitting percentage (.317) and blocks per set (1.02).

Volleyball- Offensive
 
Evergreen’s Cassidy Watkins has been named the Red Lion Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week.
 
Watkins, a senior from Tucson, Ariz., had a great final week of her collegiate career, averaging 4.125 kills per set in wins over Northwest to give the Geoducks a four-match win streak to end the year. Cassidy finished her two-year Evergreen career with 465 kills.
