Red Lion Players of the Week Announced
The following CCC student-athletes have been recognized as Red Lion Players of the Week for their performances during the period November 11 – November 17.
Women’s Basketball
Southern Oregon’s Kristen Schoenherr has been named the Red Lion Women’s Basketball Player of the week.
Schoenherr, a sophomore from Rainier, Wash., broke the 20-point mark twice, scoring 21 points in a 82-76 loss to Lewis-Clark State and 20 points in a 77-60 win over Cal. St. San Marcos. She has been in double-digit scoring in five of six games this season.

Men’s Basketball
College of Idaho’s Jordan O’Byrne has been named the Red Lion Men’s Basketball Player of the week.
O’Byrne, a junior from Lompoc, Calif., averaged 18.5 ppg and 4.5 rpg in helping lead the Yotes to the Golden Rule Shoot-Out title with wins over Westminster, 90-71, and Walla Walla, 87-69.
