SOU's Avila and COI's Holt Earn Individual Titles at NAIA National Cross Country Championships
SOU Men 2nd, EOU 11th, COI Women 2nd, NCU 9th
LAWRENCE, Kansas- Southern Oregon's Eric Avila earned top honors in the men's 8k and COI's Hillary Holt added the 2013 individual title to her 2012 title in the women's 5k at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships.
The Raiders team took second place on the men's side while Eastern Oregon placed 11th. COI women also earned a 2nd place team finish with fellow CCC squad Northwest Christian placing 9th.
