Warner Pacific Honors CCC Corporate Partner Les Schwab
PORTLAND, Ore. -Warner Pacific College held a Les Schwab Appreciation Night on Friday during the WPC-EOU basketball game. Cory Bowers, representing Portland area Les Schwab Tire Centers was presented a plaque recognizing Les Schwab's involvement with the CCC as a corporate sponsor in front of a packed house for the NAIA Men's Basketball Game of the Week. WPC Director of Athletics Jamie Joss was on hand to make the presentation.
Since 2011 Les Schwab has been the title sponsor of the Cascade Conference Champions of Character initiative. The NAIA’s Champions of Character program is designed to instill an understanding of character values in sport and provide practical tools for student-athletes, coaches, and athletic administrators to use in modeling exemplary character traits.
