LAGRANDE, Ore. – U.S. Bank, one of the preeminent financial institutions in the United States will again be the Official Bank of the Cascade Collegiate Conference for 2014-15, academic year CCC commissioner Rob Cashell announced.
 
“I am extremely pleased that the CCC is able to continue our partnership with U.S. Bank.” said Cashell. “As a major partner of the CCC, U.S. Bank supports of our ten institutions and nearly 2500 student athletes as they participate in intercollegiate athletics and strive for a high level of academic achievement.”
 
The CCC’s 10 member institutions, based in Oregon, Washington and Idaho, will compete for CCC championships in thirteen sports this upcoming year including; men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, softball, baseball, men’s and women’s golf and men’s and women’s track and field. Each championship will be headlined by U.S. Bank as “The Presenting Sponsor.”

The U.S. Bank Academic All-Conference award recognizes the outstanding achievements in the classroom by CCC student athletes. In order to receive the award a student athlete must be of sophomore standing, have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher and have been in residence at their institution for the previous three terms or two semesters. In 2013-14 453 student athletes earned the honor.
