How it Happened

• WP keeper
Joe White turned aside a quality chance from NU's Todd Siedenburg in the 18th minute, and the rebound shot was cleared off the line by the Knight defense.

• The second half saw Warner Pacific with much of the possession, but with few answers for a compact NU back line.
• Odason Pelogi pounced on a defensive miscue, and slotted home his shot at the 66:52 mark to put the Eagles in the lead.
• The insurance goal for NU came in 76th minute, as Branson Corwin tapped in a rolling cross from Taylor Young.
• Pushing forward in an attempt to rally, the Knights managed three shots at goal including an enticing look by
Nick Hansen that was batted away by NU keeper Daniel Christensen.
