CLEVELAND – After the completion of the fall championships,
Southern Oregon (297 points), sits atop the final fall NAIA standings. The Raiders vaulted from the No. 4 position to No.1 after their first NAIA football championship last week. SOU defeated Marian University 55-31.
The final fall NAIA standings see
Lindsey Wilson with 277 points in 2
nd place,
Cal State San Marcos in 3
rd with 222 points, in fourth is
Olivet Nazarene with 218.50 points and
Carroll completes the top five with 209 points.
The Cascade Conference is well represented in the final fall standings. In addition to No. 1 SOU, the CCC finds six other schools ranked including; No. 13 The Collegeof Idaho, No. 18 Eastern Oregon, No. 21 Concordia (Ore.),No. 36 Oregon Tech, No.49 Northwest Christian and No. 86 Corban.
