SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced Friday that 455 volleyball student-athletes have been named 2014 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Concordia (Neb.) leads all institutions with 10 individuals on the list.
In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.
The Cascade Conference had twenty student-athletes on the list: CU-4, EOU-3, NCU-3, SOU-3, Corban-2, OIT-2, COI-1,TESC-1,NU-1
