2014 Men's Track and Field Dactronics Scholar Athletes Announced

nine CCC athletes received recognition

GULF SHORES, Ala. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced Saturday that 233 men’s track and field student-athletes have been named 2014 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Concordia (Neb.) leads all institutions with 18 individuals on the list. Nebraska Wesleyan and Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) are tied for the second most with 10 each.

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.
