College of Idaho is top CCC Team



RESULTS

PORTLAND, Ore. - Rocky Mountain extended their day one lead and claimed the team title at the Warner Pacific Invitational held at Glendoveer Golf Course in Portland.

The Bears' Kyla Clancy used a second round score of 76 to jump into 1st place ahead of round one leader Gina Kowlachuk of Great Falls. RMC posted a team total score of 652, four strokes better than 2nd place Lewis-Clark State.

Kowalchuk ended four strokes behind Clancy with a total score of 12-over 158. Natalie Mullins from College of Idaho and Sammi Spring from LC State also carded 158, and shared 2nd place honors.

Led by Spring, LC State settled for 2nd place as a team with a score of 659.

Rounding out the field in the team scores were College of Idaho (664), Corban (668), Oregon Tech (676), and Simpson (700). Host team Warner Pacific and Great Falls fielded incomplete teams.
