2015 Daktronics-NAIA Men’s Soccer Scholar-Athletes Announced
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced Friday that 382 men’s soccer student-athletes have been named 2015 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Baker (Kan.) landed the most individuals on the list with 11 total.
The Cascade Conference placed 30 student-athletes on the list including; University of Great Falls (9), Corban University (5), Northwest Christian (4), College of Idaho (3), Carroll College (2), Oregon Tech (2), Eastern Oregon University (1), Northwest University (1), Rocky Mountain College (1), Walla Walla University (1) and Warner Pacific College (1).
In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.
