2015 Daktronics-NAIA Volleyball Scholar-Athletes Announced

CCC Places 16 on List

KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced Friday that 428 volleyball student-athletes have been named 2015 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Kansas Wesleyan leads all institutions with 10 individuals on the list.

The Cascade Conference had 16 student athletes represented led by Northwest (4), Eastern Oregon (3), Oregon Tech (3), Northwest Christian (2), College of Idaho, Southern Oregon Walla Walla and Warner Pacific (1).

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.
