Adidas Team of the Week Announced
LA GRANDE, Ore. – The Corban University women’s softball team has been named the Adidas Team of the Week for February 9-15.
Participating in the Simpson University Invitational the Warriors left northern California with a record of 5-1record including wins over two pre-season top 25 clubs.
Corban earned victories over University of British Columbia 14-1 and 4-3, No. 10 Simpson 4-3, Hope International 2-1 and No. 14 Biola 2-1. The lone setback of the weekend came at the hands of San Diego Christian in which the Warriors fell 2-5.
CRB (5-1, 0-0 CCC) will return to the California next weekend for a pair of doubleheaders against Menlo College on February 20-21.
